Manage document versions in your SkyDrive Pro library SharePoint 2013

Your SkyDrive Pro library keeps two versions of any document that you’ve shared with others for co-editing: the version most-recently edited by someone other than you, and the version that you last edited. Documents open to the current version but you can choose which version to keep. If you’re not pleased with the changes that others have made to your document, you can easily undo those changes and use the version you last edited

If necessary, you can roll back a document that you’ve shared with others for co-editing to the version you last edited. For example, if you’re not satisfied with the changes co-editors have made to your document, you might want to undo them.

  1. Click SkyDrive Pro in the header at the top of any SharePoint site in your organization.
  2. Click the ellipses () next to the document to display its details page.
